B. Resolution endorsing the Buncombe County Greenways and Trails Master Plan.
C. Second reading of Ordinance No. 4124 – An ordinance amending the franchise agreement with the Education Research Consortium to provide a mechanism for the City’s public safety fiber optic capacity and maintenance to be restored.
D. Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a change order with Brown and Caldwell for the Water Resources Asset Management Plan Update.
E. Budget amendments:
1. In the amount of $44,074, from Transit Capital Reserves to purchase two 2004 35-foot Gillig buses from the City of Gastonia.
2. In the amount of $825,000, from Parking Fund fund balance, for the acquisition of real property as needed.

2. Budget amendment, in the amount of $300,000, from Housing Trust Fund reserves to appropriate funding for the loan disbursement.
