we need sidewalks on all of Tunnel Road and parts of Swannanoa River Road and Riceville Road.

Not having comments in the AC-T is not a bad thing. Reading those threads can be very depressing- the level of “discourse” is terrible, with one-issue ax-grinders usually monopolizing the proceedings.
