Reduced parking is BOTH a fundamental property right and by far THE most effective way to motivate alternative transport and save energy. Thise and many other conditional use permit applications should be approved. Remember, the property rights position is ALWAYS yes on conditional use permits as they are brought by the owners, which in these cases are both important nonprofits.
