Don’t You Love Voting?

Over two hundred people love voting so much that they got out and voted in the first two days of early voting last week. It’s pretty fantastic. If you’re driving, you can pull up to one of the free, reserved parking spaces right in front of the Board of Elections at 189 College St.
You walk in, give ‘em your name and address, and belly up to the ballot. You exercise your franchise, voting for those candidates you feel will best represent your values in city government. It’s the invigorating power of democracy that’s embodied in that little “I Voted” sticker with the stars’n'stripes.
You can vote this week, all week, at the Board of Elections from 8am – 6pm.

…and you can get a good look at Splasheville fountain in Pack Square while you’re at it.

And remember, if you want to re-elect council member Robin Cape, you must write her name on the ballot.

Thanks for posting the link to the attack mailer, Tim.
Cecil Cantrell has been attacking non-Republicans for years. A simple Google search of “Cecil Cantrell Asheville” unearths all you need to know about his political motivations.
Use your vote to let Mr. Cantrell how you feel about Republican attack mailings.
