Looking at this, there could have been no doubt in anyone's mind that, parkland or no, they were setting things up to have some sort of private structure right off the park. If someone owns the H&H building, and then buys the land where the old jail is for "$1.6 million an acre," you have to wonder what they're going to do with those properties. I mean, if you're playing Monopoly, and someone owns both Boardwalk and Park Place, you know damn well that they're going to put up as many houses and hotels as they can afford.
