Narrator: “In early 2007, President Bush unveiled his decisive new strategy for victory.”

Bush: “We must commit to winning rather than losing. I thought of that myself. I’m the Thinker-Upper.”

Narrator: “And it wasn’t long before all the insurgents and terrorists just gave up.”

Terrorists: “We surrender! Your newfound commitment to winning has left us completely disemboldened.”
