Guerrilla Admaker Begins Internet Blitz

By

Via the syntax of things comes this internet ad attacking Charles Taylor. The production value is equal to or better than Taylor’s own TV ads, and the message is hard to forget.

Have you voted for Charles Taylor at the League of Conservation Voters site yet? Yes…I said vote for Charles Taylor. Go vote.

We’ve got a lot of folks planning to travel to Hendersonville on Saturday afternoon to attend Charles Taylor’s “Immigration Town Hall Meeting”. It’s open to the public, and Taylor’s special guest is racism’s favorite Congressman, Tom Tancredo (R-CO). If you’d like to car pool, meet our posse tomorrow at the Asheville Brewing Company on Coxe Avenue in downtown Asheville at 3:30pm. Make signs, bring cameras, and stay calm.

YEEEAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHH!!!!

I’m not sure why you posted this here, because I’m sure you’ve noticed that I’m not an angry person.

Maybe it’s because I’m in the mental health field?

Maybe you’re telling me you’re angry? Is this a cry for help?

Hook me up with a little follow-up, Tim. You lost me.

I am not an angry person either, just like you. However, your comments seem to suggest that perhaps some of your readers might be.

You state to your readers: “Make signs, bring cameras, and stay calm.” I think that’s a good idea. Perhaps some of the pointers in the article can help them gain some distance from their anger.

Sorry for the confusion.
